Reflection time / return
The day after receiving your order on the pina-wear.com website you have a cooling-off period of 14 days to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason and to return or exchange the product. You must return the purchase completely and undamaged. Any damage to the product can be settled on the amount to be refunded. When returning, you must clearly state your name and order number.
You send your purchase back via a post office. Make sure your purchase invoice is always enclosed. The costs depend on the size of the product and whether you want to insure the shipment against loss, damage or theft (by default PostNL takes no responsibility for loss or damage, you are only covered if the package is sent by registered mail). If you return your purchase yourself, the return risk and costs will be entirely at your expense.
We will refund the full purchase amount (including shipping costs) as quickly as possible, but no later than within 14 days, from the moment of return announcement. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. However, we do our best to refund the purchase amount including shipping costs to you within 3 working days of receiving the RMA. Please note, we can return the purchase amount as quickly as possible if you create an RMA via the webshop or send a model form by post-mail to email@example.com , which you can download here. We will pay you back with the same payment method that you used to pay unless you state otherwise on the RMA return form. There are never any additional costs involved.
